2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.

4. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us, unless the item(s) received was defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that the item(s) are returned to us safely.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 14 days. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment that was used to make the original purchase. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
